Gala Jackson, M.Ed., CLC is a part-time faculty member in the School of Communication and Media Studies as well as the University College at Kennesaw State University. With more than 8 years of higher education administration and teaching experience from Valdosta State University, the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and Georgia State University, Gala is a proud member of the Kennesaw State family teaching human communication and first-year seminar courses.

When Gala is not on campus, she is at the helm of her business InterviewSnob. Recognized as The Millennial Career Expert, Coach, and Résumé Guru, she provides custom career development resources and services for millennials and young professionals (ages 21-40). Gala is also a national speaker and facilitator on millennial career trends, and serves as the national spokesperson for the "Land the Job" campaign.

Gala holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Speech Communication with emphasis in Organizational Communication, and a Master of Educational Leadership degree with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration. She is also a Certified Life Coach, obtaining certification through the International Coaching Science Research Foundation.
